 Usually, Students from a higher secondary science background apply for B. Tech admissions. But those who wish to gain a basic understanding of technology and have some practical knowledge prior to B. Tech can first do a diploma, then, later on, apply for lateral entry admission. How to Get Direct Admission in B. Tech Colleges in India


Students who wish to pursue their B. Tech studies should be within an age limit of 17-25 years

Those who wish to apply for M-Tech should have a valid B. Tech certificate from any of the AICTE/ NAAC approved Universities/ colleges

Students should enquire about the management seat allotment timing, either on the college website or directly from the college authorities

Some colleges would consider an entrance score, even if it is low, to analyze the skills, and capability of students

Students should probably go through a written test and interview

Those students who excel in the test and interview would be called for a final orientation process, held by the college, where seminars would be held to provide an overview about the college, and some of the instructions that need to be followed during their course of study
